Russ Dalbey

After signing up with Winning In The Cash Flow Business, you are in for a real surprise. Even before receiving the information, you can expect a phone call. The call will be from a representative telling you he is your “mentor” and that you will need his help understanding the information when it arrives. All this help will only cost you another $2900.00.

Upon further investigation you will find out that the website will cost another $499.00 plus a monthly fee. You will also be told that you will be in need of a “phase 1 training which will cost you another $2500.00 - $4000.00. Further research concluded that none of these “mentors” had actually used this system.

You will receive a packet of software and a list of sites to help you get started for $120.00. The software is not compatible with Windows XP and I am not sure that any of the sites are actually functioning.

Mr. Dalbey’s tactics are questionable since he seems to hide the facts that you must have a good deal of money for advertising, and also, you must be a licensed note broker before you can legally engage any kind of note activity.

Another sign that this is not on the up and up is that they do not want you to share the offer with your husband/wife until you have sent the money in for the program.

Research also revealed that if you decide to opt out before the 30 day grace period is over and you want your $120.00 back, it might be best to send an overnight registered letter so as to remove all doubts as to whether or not they received your cancellation notice. Do not count on an e-mail doing the trick.

Someone in this process is making money but the question is who. With Winning=2 0In The Cash Flow Business it doesn’t seem to be the customer although you could possibly try to get a job selling for them.

Slow paying back on 30 day refund if at all.

Trouble with software working.

Sites not valid or working.

You need to be a licensed note broker before you can sell notes in the states. They don’t want you to share information with husband/wife until money is sent.

Cost $120.00 plus $2500.00 - $4000.00 to start a phase 1 training.

BBB no help getting money back.

Somebody in this process is winning, it20just doesn’t seem to be the customer.
